How soon after I order will my made to order bag ship?

Production time for made to order bag will be dependent on the customization and the current production schedule. Typically, it takes approximately 1-3 weeks.

 

How soon after I order will my in-stock item ship?
We usually ship 2-3 days after the order is placed.

 

How much is shipping?
Flat rate US$17 for express shipping worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to P.O addresses, we will need an alternate address and rural/off the grid addresses will incur extra shipping charges. 

Where do you ship & what carriers do you use?
We ship worldwide and use DHL/Fedex.

What’s the shipping time?
Shipping time is 3-7 business days worldwide. Please message us if you require the shipping time for a specific destination. 

Where can I find my tracking information?
We will send your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once the package is registered and dispatched.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Till the package is signed and delivered we will be responsible for the safe delivery of your order. Carry Goods is not responsible for orders that go missing or are stolen once scanned as delivered by the courier.

Will my package require a signature?
Yes, this is a signature on delivery service. The package will have to be signed by you or someone you know otherwise the courier cannot be delivered. To opt out of this service, you can specify the delivery instructions to us during checkout.
