What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order once you receive it, please message us, we do accept returns within a certain time frame. Return request must be made within 4 days of delivery and the package should reach us within 18 days of return request (USPS, UPS and FedEx are all good shipping options).

All return packages need to marked “Returned Merchandise" in the shipping invoice, this is to ensure that the returned packet is not treated as a cross border import and taxed with custom duties. We will not be able to accept the return package if it is taxed.

Once the returned bag is received unused and undamaged, the refund will be processed. Used returned items will not be eligible for refund. Please note we are not responsible for the PayPal fees that could be charged on the refund payment.

Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I start my return request?

Please email hello@carrygoodsco.com with your order number, and reason for return to begin the return process.

Do you refund shipping costs for returns?

We do not refund shipping costs for returns. 

What if I receive my item and it’s incorrect or flawed?

Please contact us immediately at hello@carrygoodsco.com about the item with as much detail as possible. Please note that once the bag has been used it can no longer be returned for a refund.
